1. Getting to Know You: Ian's totally confidential sessions discover what you want to change, eliminate or fix in your life; seeks your goals or objectives; finds out what's going on around you - problems at work or home; what life skills you have already developed; what habits support you (values, confidence, self esteem), and what distracts you; helps you create priorities; and then manages and motivates you towards your life purpose.
2. Scheduled Meetings: We will arrange a regular time for you to work with Ian. You'll commit to working on yourself for 12 weeks - however, don't worry, Ian will be there for you each week to keep you moving daily towards your dreams.
3. Weekly Task Setting: You will set new tasks for yourself that will help you move towards the changes you desire to establish your new life.
4. Making It Happen! From this point on, it's whatever YOU want in your life - from managing your time more effectively to getting the balance back, from starting a new career to focusing on a life purpose - it's all about celebrating your new life!
