1. Give lots of smiles and hugs! They're Free and Fun!

2. The universal "Golden Rule" of treating others how you would like to be treated is true happiness, because we make someone else happy - the true meaning of life!

3. Every day, FEEL love, respect, compassion and tolerance for all people.

4. Care for others! Get involved in helping (not just donating to charities)

5. Be grateful for all the good things that have happened in your past, and that happen every day (and ignore those negatives)

6. Remove the clutter in your life - this time management tool allows you to think more clearly, and focus on what is really important! Throw out the clutter in your home – ask, do I really need all that? Delete unwanted emails every day, or save wanted emails into a separate folder to keep your Inbox free of confusion. Clean the top of your desk of everything, other than what you are working on at the moment.

7. Plan your 24 hours! Say you sleep 8 hours - then plan how you'll spend the remaining 16 hours to achieve what you really want out of life. Don't waste a minute!

8. Think of what you REALLY WANT in life (not what you don’t want), then 'create' it by FEELING positive about it, and VISUALISE the happiness!

9. Relax...and smell the roses! Allocate some time for just you, and 'meditate' - (simply close your eyes, become aware of your deep breathing - all the way in, and all the way out. Visualise yourself immersed in refreshing white light and breathe in that positive loving light, and visualise breathing out all the 'dark' negative light)

Then go for a walk........and smell some beautiful flowers! You'll love it!

10. Take the first step in a balanced life plan, and a happy life will unfold - and with your new positivity, you'll attract even more positive things along the way....
